Message was read stating the Governor signed the following bill on                                                              
March 11 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                                               
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
             CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 33(STA) "An Act                                                                             
             relating to the disposition of remains of a member of                                                              
             the armed forces if the member dies while in a duty
